Description
RED is a complete sponge ball routine, designed for close-up or parlor magic.
All the props are handmade in my workshop. The syringe is translucent, and the integrated system required extensive research to offer you a reliable and effective product.
Here is the three-phase routine:
Step 1
Show a red-and-yellow two-tone ball. Explain that this is unusual—you should normally have a red ball and a yellow ball.
Place the ball into the spectator’s hand and take a syringe (without needle) from your pocket.
Ask the spectator which color they prefer (e.g., red), then insert the tip of the syringe into their closed fist.
Use the syringe—and the spectator sees red “liquid” appearing inside!
When they open their hand, the spectator now has a completely yellow ball!
Step 2
Pull on the syringe to extract the red liquid, which visibly reforms into a red ball.
Place the red ball into the spectator’s open hand. Take the yellow ball and explain that yellow should never touch red.
Ask if they want to see why…
Touch the yellow and red balls together—and the spectator ends up holding two red balls!
Step 3 — Transfusion
Place a red ball in your hand, and another red ball in the spectator’s hand.
Take the syringe again and “absorb” your red ball.
Now place the syringe tip on the back of the spectator’s fist and explain the liquid will “pass through” their hand!
Activate the syringe—red liquid is seen flowing…
Ask the spectator to open their hand—they discover that the red ball has joined the one already inside!
All moves are logical and justified, with distinct and escalating effects, leading to a powerful finale!
